Azerbaijan says ‘set goals’ achieved in Nagorno-Karabakh

Azerbaijan's lightning offensive in the separatist Armenian enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh this week "achieved the set goals", Azerbaijan's foreign minister told the United Nations General Assembly on Saturday (September 23).
