Russian soldiers board helicopter from stopped ship

Video released on Monday (August 14) from the Palau-flagged Sukru Okan cargo vessel shows Russian soldiers boarding a helicopter from the ship's deck after forcing it to stop. On Sunday, Russia said in a statement that its Vasily Bykov patrol ship had fired automatic weapons on the Palau-flagged Sukru Okan vessel after the ship's captain failed to respond to a request to halt for an inspection.
