Russia fires warning shots on cargo ship in Black Sea

A Russian warship fired warning shots on a cargo vessel in the Black Sea, the first time it has fired on merchant shipping beyond Ukraine's waters since it left a grain deal last month. It will do little to ease the jitters of shipping owners, commodity traders and insurers about getting ensnared in the Black Sea. Lucy Fielder reports.
