Yellen warns of ‘severe’ consequences if China helps Russia evade sanctions

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen in a speech Thursday said it is "essential that China" and other countries do not provide Russia with material support or assistance with sanctions evasion. She said "the consequences of any violation would be severe."
