Palm Springs Golf Course Underwater After Record-Breaking Rains

Southern California saw record-breaking rainfall on Wednesday, March 15, the National Weather Service (NWS) said. The region, parts of which are still affected by drought, got more than 5 inches of rain in some areas, according to the weather service. The rain had receded by Thursday morning, wetter-than-usual weather was still expected in the coming days, the NWS said. This footage shows a Palm Springs golf course flooded with rainwater.
