March Snow Turns Western Texas Into Winter Wonderland

Snow swept across parts of western and southern Texas on Saturday, March 18, as winter weather held on in the area and created treacherous road conditions. Footage posted to Instagram snows snow covering the West Texas town of Alpine on Saturday morning.
