Flood Warnings Remain in Place in Parts of California After Atmospheric River Downpours

A flood warning remained in place for the Conejo Creek area of Camarillo, California, on Wednesday, March 15, as an atmospheric river brought torrential rain to parts of the West Coast, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported. Footage by Laura Linden shows light rain in Santa Monica, west of downtown Los Angeles, Linden said. The NWS said that heavy rain and subsequent flood watches ended for most of Ventura and Los Angeles counties on Wednesday. Credit: Laura Linden via Storyful
