Cherry Blossoms Spring Into Season in Washington

As the famous cherry blossom trees drew visitors to Washington’s Tidal Basin, local residents basked in the joys of the springtime show on their own streets, video uploaded on March 23 shows. Washington resident Corey Love posted this video, saying it showed “my neighborhood … in SE DC.” The National Cherry Blossom Festival, an annual springtime celebration in the city, was running from March 18 to April 16.
