2 People Killed in San Francisco as High Winds Knock Down Trees

At least two people died after being crushed by downed trees in the San Francisco Bay Area on Tuesday, March 21, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Strong winds were expected in the area on Tuesday as a result of an atmospheric pressure drop, the National Weather Service said. San Francisco firefighters urged residents to be mindful of falling trees, as they reported pedestrians being struck.
