Moscow police detain people laying flowers at monument

At least three people laying flowers on a Moscow monument to prominent Ukrainian poet Lesya Ukrainka were quickly detained by police officers on the first anniversary of Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, rights centre OVD-Info said on Friday (February 24).
