Freezing Overnight Temperatures Leave Northern Maine Roads Snowpacked

The National Weather Service (NWS) reported that “cold temperatures overnight dropping below freezing” caused snowpacked roads in Caribou, Maine, on Saturday, February 18, after a winter storm hit the area on Friday. Video posted by the NWS Caribou on Saturday shows travel conditions in the area. The Maine Department of Transportation warned drivers to use caution when driving in inclement weather.
