Snow Blankets Trees as Winter Storm Sweeps Through Ohio

Snow blanketed parts of Ohio on Wednesday, January 25, as a winter storm hit the region, the National Weather Service said. This slow-motion footage was captured by Steph Helmke, who said she recorded it near Defiance, in northwest Ohio, on Wednesday morning. The Defiance County Sheriff’s Office said a winter storm warning would be in place for the area until Wednesday night. Up to 9 inches of snow was expected, the weather service said.
