Pouring Rain Pounds Rooftop as Storms Cross Northeast Arkansas

A line of storms moved east across northern Arkansas, bringing heavy rainfall to the area on Wednesday, January 18, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). Video posted by Robert Brock on Wednesday, which he said was captured in Newport, shows heavy rainfall. The NWS issued a severe weather outlook for most of Arkansas on Wednesday.
