Timelapse Shows Lake-Effect Snowstorm in Oswego

Timelapse footage captured in Oswego, New York, shows snow build up on Sunday, November 20, as the National Weather Service warned of heavy lake-effect snow. Michael Pagnanelli, a meteorology student at SUNY Oswego, took the video showing snowfall causing whiteout conditions over a period of about four hours. The weather service also said winds could reach 45 mph as the storm reduced visibility in the area, warning motorists of “nearly impossible” driving conditions.
