Sunrise illuminated dense fog in Lebanon, Virginia, on Saturday, November 26, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned of patchy fog in the region. The NWS issued a hazardous weather outlook for the area and said visibilities could drop to less than one mile in some locations. This timelapse video was captured by Billy Bowling, who said he filmed it from his home in Lebanon on November 26. “Temperature-wise, we could have had freezing fog here, but it was still just a bit too warm,” Bowling told Storyful.
