NT gas company pledges to keep its product for domestic supply

A company hoping to produce onshore gas in the Northern Territory says 100 per cent of its product will be kept for domestic supply. Tamboran Resources is now the biggest player in the Beetaloo Basin after it acquired Origin Energy’s assets. Managing Director Joel Riddle said the company hoped to be producing gas from the basin by mid-2024. “We want to be a solution around bringing new gas supply into a structurally short gas market on the east coast,” he said.
