Ukrainian volunteer evacuates civilians in Luhansk

A Ukrainian volunteer released a video on Saturday (October 29) showing him in the Luhansk region village of Stelmakhivka and hoisting a Ukrainian flag. Reuters was able to verify the location of part of the video from a view of a school’s bombed out interior as well as its architecture, which matched file imagery of the school as well as satellite and aerial imagery of the area, but was not able to independently verify the date it was filmed.
