Winter Park in central Florida was subject to flooding on Thursday, September 29, following storm Ian. This footage shows parked cars flooded by water on Thursday morning, as residents in nearby Orlando were warned about sheltering in place and avoiding flooded roadways. The storm made landfall as a Category 4 hurricane with sustained winds of 150 mph on Wednesday afternoon, the National Hurricane Center said.
