Orlando Paddleboarder Takes Advantage of Tropical Storm Ian Flooding

President Joe Biden issued a major disaster declaration for Florida after a powerful Hurricane Ian left a path of destruction in parts of the state’s southwest. The storm made landfall as a Category 4 hurricane on Wednesday afternoon before moving east across the state. Parts of Orlando were experiencing flooding on Thursday morning, officials reported, leading to the evacuation of a local nursing home. Mike Dudley said he filmed this footage on Thursday morning.
