Emergency Crews Respond to Flooded Roads in Mesquite, Texas

First responders carried out rescues on flooded roadways in Mesquite on Monday, August 22, as a storm system brought heavy rain to parts of Texas. The National Weather Service (NWS) warned of dangerous and life threatening flash flooding in Tarrant County through Monday at 1pm, and urged people not to drive on flooded roads. This footage, captured by Pamela Baladez, shows emergency crews on a flooded road in Mesquite.
