Spectacular Lightning Flashes Over Northern Alabama

A spectacular burst of lightning was caught on camera in Moulton, Alabama, on Thursday, July 21, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned of strong storms in the area. This slow-motion footage shows an explosion of lightning illuminate the sky. In another Twitter post from the same night, Cheneal Wimberley Wx said there was “almost constant lightning going on” in the area.
