Grass Fire Burns Over Two Dozen Homes in Balch Springs

Over two dozen homes in a neighborhood in Balch Springs, Texas, were damaged by a grass fire on Monday, July 25. Video filmed by Instagram user @ten.smilez shows smoke rising from the fire. Officials said 26 homes had been damaged, with at least nine of them destroyed, local media reported. Fire officials evacuated some homes in the area.
