Biosecurity powers invoked at airports

Sky News Reporter Holly Edwards-Smith says travellers arriving in Australia from Bali will be “compelled” to use foot mats for shoe sanitisation to help keep foot and mouth disease out of the country. Australian Border Force officials have been granted increased biosecurity powers at airports to ensure the disease does not reach Australia and “wreak havoc” on the livestock sector.
