Latvia’s State Security Agency said it shredded and incinerated 2,157,520 illegal cigarettes at a landfill in Riga on March 31. This video released by police on April 20 shows pulverized material being fired out of a shredder at the Getlini landfill in Riga’s eastern suburb of Rumbula.
