Man Rescued From Sinking Boat in Waters Off New York

A man was saved from a sinking boat near New Rochelle, New York, early on the morning of April 21, according to the New York City Police Department (NYPD) which released this footage showing the rescue. NYPD Special Operations said rescue swimmers were dropped from a helicopter and safely transferred the man, who was uninjured, to a nearby Coast Guard boat which took him to shore.
