Musicians Play at Metro Station as Kharkiv Music Fest Begins

Musicians performed at a metro station to mark the opening of the Kharkiv Music Fest on March 26, which got underway as the Ukrainian city remained under intense attack by Russian forces. The annual festival had been scheduled to begin on March 26 at the Kharkiv Philharmonic hall, which was reported to have been destroyed by Russian attacks. Organizers said the festival would go ahead on March 26, with musicians traveling to a bomb shelter to get the series of events underway.
