Footage Shows Fire Raging After Oil Depot Struck in Northwest Ukraine

A fire that erupted at an oil depot in Lutsk, Ukraine, following a missile strike on March 27 was extinguished on March 28, officials said. Footage released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine shows firefighters battling the flames, which raged on for hours after the strike. Police Detain Person at Moscow Memorial for Navalny

Police in Moscow were seen detaining at least one person at the “Wall of Grief,” a monument to victims of political persecution, where a vigil to Alexei Navalny was set up on Saturday, February 17. Video filmed by Russian media outlet SOTA shows police detaining one person near the monument and carrying them away. Navalny was reported dead by Russian Russian authorities on Friday, February 16. Authorities said the 47-year-old dissident fell ill and died in the prison colony where he was detained. According to Meduza, more than 150 people have been arrested at protests and gatherings in memory of Navalny across Russia.
