Concrete Barriers Installed Outside Capitol Building as Trucker Protests Head Toward Washington

Concrete barriers and fencing were installed along the perimeter of the US Capitol Building on February 27, ahead of the ’People’s Convoy’ and other protesting truckers who were scheduled to arrive in the DC area on March 5.
