New York City Area Registers First Snowfall of Season

The first snow of the season fell in the New York City area on Sunday, November 28. The National Weather Service (NWS) reported that the region’s “first flakes of the season” arrived during Sunday’s early hours, and later said the light snow would move eastward by Sunday afternoon.
