Twin Girls Absolutely Nail ‘Dumb and Dumber’ Costumes in Greeley, Colorado

A pair of twin girls nailed their Halloween costumes in Greeley, Colorado, dressing up as the lead characters from film ‘Dumb and Dumber’ and even including the dog groomer van.
