Plan to build Cairns water park in stages

CAIRNS water theme park proponent Paul Freebody is prepared to put up “all our security including the land development approval” and build the project in stages if the Queensland Government provides a guarantee to a $10 million loan facility from the Northern Australia Infrastructure Fund.
