Powerful winds hit Port Mansfield, Texas, as Hurricane Hanna made landfall in the southern state on July 25. Port Mansfield Police urged residents to evacuate the area ahead of the storm’s arrival and said they expected the area to be without power for an extended period of time. Police Detain Person at Moscow Memorial for Navalny

Police in Moscow were seen detaining at least one person at the “Wall of Grief,” a monument to victims of political persecution, where a vigil to Alexei Navalny was set up on Saturday, February 17.
