A drunken man drove his vehicle into the apartment building of his ex-girlfriend in Prostějov, Czech Republic, on July 20, after she refused to have lunch with him, according to police. Police said the man, 52, drove his vehicle on a pedestrian path before ramming it into the front of the residence. The man then exited the vehicle and went to a nearby bar, where he was later apprehended by authorities. No injuries were reported. Police said they discovered during their investigation that the man was already banned from operating motor vehicles. He was charged with property damage, among other offences. He faced up to three years in jail if convicted, police said. Credit: Czech Republic Police via Storyful
