Penrith booming under local construction demand

Local business in the Penrith area has undergone a number of changes amid the coronavirus pandemic as many are forced to adapt to COVID-19 safe business models. Construction was identified as a top driver for employment in the region with greater demand placed on home office workspaces as remote working became the new norm.
