People need ‘confidence’ to go out and kickstart the economy

Widespread testing for COVID-19 is "key" to instilling the "confidence to participate" in kickstarting global economies, says The Australian's Cameron Stewart. About 13 US states have tentatively begun opening up businesses but Mr Stewart noted the public seemed hesitant to accept the move.
