Lightning Storm Cracks Over Perth as Storm Rolls Across City

A lightning storm illuminated the skies above Perth in Western Australia early on February 28. An upper-level low pressure system had brought a number of storms to the state capital in previous days, including a severe storm on February 25 that brought down trees.
