The penguins of Melbourne Zoo in Victoria, Australia, were eager to play on the zoo’s first jumping castle on December 24 – a perfect Christmas gift to keep the birds active. “The miniature jumping castle, custom-designed specifically for penguins, is the latest way the zoo is keeping the penguins’ bodies and minds active and healthy,” the zoo said in an email to Storyful. The zoo is home to both Victoria’s native little penguins and New Zealand Fiordland penguins, which were rescued after being discovered on the Mornington Peninsula, south of Melbourne.
