Pentagon picks Microsoft for ‘war cloud’

The Pentagon has awarded Microsoft a $US10 billion ($A14.6 billion) cloud computing contract, snubbing early front-runner Amazon whose participation drew criticism from President Donald Trump and its business rivals.
