A senior British cabinet minister has declared the parliament "dead" as Prime Minister Boris Johnson challenges Labour to table a motion of no confidence in his government. Politicians returned to Westminster after the Supreme Court ruled Mr Johnson's decision to suspend parliament was "unlawful". Mr Johnson suggested he could push for a second suspension of parliament after opposition flatly rejected his challenge of a no-confidence vote.
