Sydney train chaos leads to refunds

Disruptions across Sydney's train network lasted a staggering 18 hours following an incident at Town Hall on Friday morning. A hatch came loose on a carriage at Town Hall at 5:30am. It took three hours to fix, but a flow on effect saw services impacted on Saturday morning. Sydney Trains has confirmed passengers would be eligible for compensation on a case-by-case basis.
