Eating full-fat dairy and red meat will not increase the risk of heart disease or stroke, according to a new study. The major review of Australian and international research found little evidence to suggest healthy people should restrict their intake. The study has prompted the Heart Foundation to hose down concerns, going against previous recommendations for Australians to stick to reduced-fat dairy products.
