NSW Premier backs review timeline after patient dies at Sydney hospital

August 20, 2019. NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian speaks to media in Sydney about a patient who died at Sydney hospital. The premier says security at hospital which is currently under review and say she believes the system is one of the best in the world. "It's not perfect but it's one of the best in the world," she says. The patient at a Sydney hospital died after being handcuffed and put on a stretcher by police following concerns about his behaviour. The officers were called to Prince of Wales at Randwick about 6.30pm on Monday and found security and paramedics restraining a 33-year-old man while medical staff tried to treat him. Police Detain Person at Moscow Memorial for Navalny

Police in Moscow were seen detaining at least one person at the “Wall of Grief,” a monument to victims of political persecution, where a vigil to Alexei Navalny was set up on Saturday, February 17. Video filmed by Russian media outlet SOTA shows police detaining one person near the monument and carrying them away. Navalny was reported dead by Russian Russian authorities on Friday, February 16. Authorities said the 47-year-old dissident fell ill and died in the prison colony where he was detained. According to Meduza, more than 150 people have been arrested at protests and gatherings in memory of Navalny across Russia. International media reported several journalists were arrested in Moscow and St Petersburg after Navalny’s death was announced.
