‘Brainfood Breakfast’ underway in Sydney

This year's ‘Brainfood Breakfast’ is underway at the Sydney Fish Market, to raise awareness and funds for dementia. The Bondi2Berry and Bondi2Brighton charity bike rides are teaming up with chef Jason Roberts and the fish market to promote a healthy lifestyle. Mr Roberts told Sky News fish plays a big role in reducing a person’s risk of dementia.
