Osama bin Laden’s son and al-Qaeda head Hamza has reportedly died

US officials have reportedly received intel confirming the death of Osama bin Laden’s son. The circumstances of Hamza bin Laden’s death remain unclear, but in February the US State Department had offered a reward of more than $1 million for any information on his location. His last known public remarks were in March 2018 when he released a statement threatening Saudi Arabia and praising al-Qaeda, of which he is reportedly a key leader. Image: AP
