NSW abortion bill "far better" this time around: Constance

July 30, 2019. Leader of the House Andrew Constance speaks to reporters in Sydney, saying a bill to decriminalise abortion is expected to come before NSW parliament today. "It's legislation that has been before the parliament before... this is a far better bill in terms of putting the appropriate legal framework around the issue," Mr Constance says. "We will allow all members the ability to speak or if they chose not to, not participate." (AAP Video/Andrew Leeson)
