The Minister for Water Resources David Littleproud speaks to reporters in Canberra announcing the federal government is appointing an Inspector-General to oversee the governance of the Murray-Darling basin. "This will be a statutory position, one that will report to me and the Murray Darling state ministers," Mr Littleproud says.
