Banks are not in the clear yet

The Australian Securities and Investment Commission has warned Australia’s banks are not yet in the clear as new examples of misconduct surface. ASIC is pursuing the banks over new matters including the fees for no service scandal. It is estimated that around 25 cases are a result of the banking royal commission.
