A joint counter terrorism team has arrested a Melbourne man who was allegedly preparing to travel overseas. The 29-year-old was arrested at his place of work in Roxburgh Park just after 8.30am on Thursday morning. He's been charged with making preparations for Incursions into Foreign Countries for Purpose of Engaging in Hostile Activities. The operation is ongoing, however authorities do not anticipate further arrests. Victoria Police says the incident is not linked to any previous operational activity and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
