Johnson and Hunt warn of Brexit failure

Tory leadership rivals Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt have warned the Conservative Party will ‘never recover’ if it does not take Britain out of the EU. Johnson has said would it be ‘folly’ to rule out suspending parliament to force through a no-deal Brexit. Hunt warned that the winner of the contest could serve the shortest premiership in history if they fail to take Britain out of the EU. Up to 160,000 Tory party members will cast their vote in a month's time to decide whether Mr Johnson or Mr Hunt will lead the country.
