RAW: Yarran a classic example of meth taking over a life: Lawyer

May 30, 2019. Former AFL player Chris Yarran's lawyer Terry Dobson speaking to media outside the West Australian District Court about his client's jailing for five years for a meth-fuelled crime spree across Perth, which included assaulting a policeman and trying to steal his gun. Yarran, 28, has been in prison since he was arrested for the November rampage, which started on Perth's suburban fringe and ended in the city when he was tasered. Dobson tells reporters the case was "a classic example of methamphetamine taking over a life". (AAP Video/Rebecca Le May)
